The Słona Woda restaurant is a place for everyone who is looking for exquisite dishes based on carefully composed recipes and regional products with a sophisticated serving technique.

Our concept is to prepare dishes based on fresh and regional products from trusted suppliers, according to the culinary methods of the Chef and his team. Carefully selected recipes are created frequently on a regular basis, and their determinant are characteristic products available in a specific season. Following the trends in the restaurant’s menu, there is also a culinary offer for vegetarians and vegans. The art of acquiring flavors will be stimulated by a selection of delicious wines, beers from craft breweries and a wide selection of alcohols.

Savoring the delicious flavors will be extremely exceptional, due to the quiet location of the restaurant – just a few steps from the beautiful Sopot beach, elegant interiors and, above all, a unique and intimate atmosphere.

The Słona Woda Restaurant serves breakfast daily from 7:30 am – 10:30 am.
The form of serving breakfast depends on the hotel’s occupancy.

BAR

Pop in for an aromatic coffee and chocolate fondant, lemonade with passion fruit or your favorite drink. Relax in the air-conditioned interiors of the hotel or sit comfortably on a sun lounger in the hotel’s garden.

RECEPTIONS

We organize private and business events in the restaurant and conference room, the additional advantage of which is a playroom for children located on the same floor, where children can play safely during a family event.
