Reservations can be canceled free of charge 14 days before arrival. In this case, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notice. If the reservation is canceled after this period or if the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge 50.00% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation make a 50.00% deposit via the online payment system.

To access the relaxation area, prior reservation is required. On the selected date, the area will be available exclusively for you, ensuring complete comfort and privacy during your stay.
